The course is specially structured to highlight how an organization must care for the total management of records and associated system and meeting the required legislation and compliance. It also addresses the organizational structure that must be in place in order to implement a solution and maintain an ERM program.

The content is focused on electronic records management industry best practices. The course development is based on extensive research on RM field, the actual case studies in the industry and international standards such as: ISO 15489, MoREQ, Dod 5015.2 and others. By completing this course, an organization should be ready to launch an enterprise deployment of an ERM System or enhance an existing ERM System. This is one of the major weaknesses noted in the industry on the understanding and benefits of an enterprise ERM System.
