Cleveland – March 13, 2008 - Hyland Software Inc., developer of the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) software suite, recently awarded eDocument Resources LLC with Platinum and Diamond support status at Hyland’s 2008 Team OnBase Conference, which took place in Tampa, Florida, March 10 through 12.
Criteria to be awarded a Platinum level partner in Hyland Software’s OnBase
Authorized Solution Provider program include software revenue for 2006 and the
number of new customers acquired during the same year.
The Diamond Award recognizes partners for their superior technical support to
customers. Criteria for the Diamond support level partner award in Hyland
Software’s OnBase Authorized Solution Provider program include retention of
more than 95% of customers on maintenance, providing direct support to more
than 20 installed solutions, maintaining a minimum of two certified OnBase
installers over the previous 12 months and significant participation in
TechQuest, the OnBase developer conference, and the Team OnBase Conference.
