eDocument Resources announces solution for Human Services departments

Minneapolis, Minn.—June 24, 2006—eDocument Resources, a content management solutions company specializing in the automation of document and information processing, has announced the availability of a new solution developed specifically for public-sector Human Services agencies.

To better serve the unique content management needs of Human Services agencies eDocument Resources has partnered with Northwoods Consulting Partners, a software developer and systems integrator specializing in public-sector applications. Together they offer an unmatched level of expertise.

The new software offering, called Compass™ suite, includes integrated modules for front-desk document capture, online forms management, appointment management, and case file management.

“Human Services departments, like many public sector agencies, are frequently drowning in paper,” said Ken Schempp, President of eDocument Resources. “By streamlining key processes and putting them online—for example, by automating check-in, or linking related documents—Compass helps eliminate redundancy and bottlenecks. Agencies can reduce the time they spend filling out forms and chasing down paper records, so they can spend more time servicing clients.”

eDocument Resources will demonstrate the Compass suite with Northwoods at the 2006 ISM Conference in Minneapolis, September 10-13, booth #706.
