Jr. Programmer/Analyst
eDocument Resources (a solution provider for content management systems) is filling a Programmer/Analyst position. Individual will be responsible for customizing a workflow and content management system as well as developing stand-alone applications. Experience in .NET, SQL, and HTML required. Microsoft certifications (or equivalent) preferred. In addition to development responsibilities, will be responsible for customer support, business requirements gathering, and solution design. Strong organization and communication skills are required. Experience with OnBase, Kofax, or related technologies a plus. Dynamic, exciting work environment with opportunity for growth. Reports to Professional Services Team Lead.

Professional Services Manager
The Professional Services Manager position is responsible for the outcomes related to project delivery efforts and team operations of eDoc's implementation efforts. Professional Services Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within any budget constraints that have been identified, while maintaining a target profit margin for the company. This position will ensure that tasks owned by the teams are completed in a quality fashion and a timely manner to preclude slippage in the project schedules. In addition to implementation functions, the Professional Services Manager will be responsible for the outcome of the internal Technical Support team; ensuring customer cases are resolved efficiently and professionally.
As a member of the eDoc Management team, the Professional Services will be working closely both with the executive team and account management (Sales) to communicate progress, obstacles, and critical success factors. Supports and collaborates with Project Management resources to ensure projects are operating as expected.
The position responsibilities will closely manage the strategic plan, created and managed at the executive/corporate level as well as the specific professional services strategic plan, created and approved each year to direct the efforts of the department for the following year. The strategic plan will include objectives related to revenue, profit, productivity, and quality.
Project Manager
eDocument Resources (a solution provider for content management systems) is filling an IT Project Management position. The Project Manager acts as the primary conduit between eDocument Resources and clients for all aspects of the project. Responsible for the success of the project by creating/managing project plans, managing the staff assigned, and reporting on the status of the project to clients and eDocument Resources Account Manager(s). In addition to their Project Management responsibilities, this person will also be expected to perform additional business analyst duties such as creating functional requirements documents or test plans. Other duties may include but not limited to Pre-Sales support and business analysis. IT/IS, strong organization, communication, and flexibility to travel required. Experience with OnBase, Kofax, or related technologies a plus. Reports to Professional Services Team Lead.

Solution Analyst
eDocument Resources, a leading provider for Document and Enterprise content management solutions (ECM) is filling positions for an Implementation Specialist. Responsibilities will include:
- Performing Analysis and requirements gathering with clients
- Installing content management systems
- Implementing out of the box and customized solutions for ECM
- Other technical activities such as hardware installation, database installation, network/database
troubleshooting, training
Must be comfortable in front of customers, travel required. Prior Technical Support, Operating systems, network, and application experience preferred. Documentation skills need to be strong. Attention to detail and a strong desire to provide high customer satisfaction a must. Experience with OnBase, Kofax, or related technologies a plus.
